Each offer is unique based on your needs. We have group events, short resets, and one-on-one coaching provided by our Health Promotion Specialist.

  • Meet Josh Wayne, MPH, MSW

    Health Promotion Specialist | Plant-Based Nutrition Educator | Nature-Based Guide

    Josh Wayne is a Health Promotion Specialist with dual master’s degrees in Public Health (MPH) and Social Work (MSW). He brings over a decade of experience helping individuals heal through whole food, plant-based nutrition, nature connection, and mindful living. After personally reversing IBS and maintaining a 30-pound weight loss for over ten years, Josh now supports others on their journey toward vibrant health — one bite at a time.

    He is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell and offers compassionate, evidence-informed care that bridges modern science with ancient wisdom. Josh’s approach honors individual needs, integrates spiritual connection with the natural world, and helps people tune into their body’s natural ability to heal.

    As co-founder of WHOLE Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to gut health and holistic healing, Josh leads donation-based jumpstart programs and one-on-one coaching rooted in research, reverence for life, and the rhythms of nature.

    Movement Facilitator | Nature-Based Embodiment Guide | Co-Founder of WHOLE Inc.

    Steph is a lifelong mover, nature-lover, and passionate advocate for embodied healing. With a background in yoga, dance, and trauma-informed movement practices, she helps people reconnect with their bodies through gentle, joyful, and intuitive movement — indoors and outdoors.

    As co-founder of WHOLE Inc., Steph brings a grounded, nurturing presence to all her classes, weaving together science-backed movement with the wisdom of the natural world. Her sessions are designed to restore mobility, reduce stress, support digestion, and help participants feel more at home in their bodies — no matter their age or ability level.

    Steph believes that healing begins when we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them. Whether she’s guiding a group through somatic breathwork in the forest or leading a slow, strengthening flow at sunrise, her intention is always the same: to help people feel more alive, connected, and whole.

Ready to start feeling better?

We’ll spend 20-30 minutes exploring your current challenges, goals, and whether this is the right fit. I’ll create a roadmap tailored to your preferred pace, desired outcomes, and level of support you need to be successful.

  • We’ll spend about 30 minutes talking about your health goals and any digestive or lifestyle concerns. I’ll answer your questions and share my approach to helping people like you feel better.

  • No! This call is purely a conversation. There’s no pressure to sign up for anything. If you’re interested in working together, I’ll share options at the end.

  • You’ll get some practical recommendations and a sense of how I can help. A full treatment plan is part of my 1-on-1 services if you choose to move forward.

  • About 30 minutes. It’s a relaxed chat to see if my approach is a fit for you.

  • Rather than focusing on what we want you to avoid, we focus on what we want you to eat and enjoy. By finding delicious, healthy meals, we encourage you to fill your meals with healthful food before eating your typical snacks and foods that cause illness.

    By shifting focus toward doable actions, we empower you with the knowledge to make the best decision for yourself. By focusing on checking off the daily dozen boxes, you may find yourself full and satisfied without needing to reach for Calorie Rich And Processed (CRAP) Foods.
