Dieta Gaia: A Spring Equinox Immersion in Atlanta
March 21- April 18
What is the Dieta Gaia?
A 4-week seasonal immersion in whole food nourishment, movement, nervous system support, nature connection, and intentional community.
Spring is a transition.
Light returns.
Greens emerge.
The nervous system shifts.
The body wants to recalibrate.
Dieta Gaia is a structured 4-week rhythm for adults who care about their long-term health and want meaningful community.
This is a curated seasonal immersion.
Ready to Begin?
Spots are limited to 13 people —
We’ll make sure it’s a fit and map out your next steps.
Why We’re Excited About Dieta Gaia
For years, we’ve hosted weekly community spaces in Atlanta, including foraging walks, shared meals, and embodied movement gatherings. We saw what steady rhythm did for people’s digestion, energy, and sense of belonging.
Dieta Gaia grows from that practice.

Meet Steph
Movement Facilitator | Nature-Based Embodiment Guide | Co-Founder of WHOLE Inc.
Steph is a lifelong mover, nature-lover, and passionate advocate for embodied healing. With a background in yoga, dance, and trauma-informed movement practices, she helps people reconnect with their bodies through gentle, joyful, and intuitive movement — indoors and outdoors.
As co-founder of WHOLE Inc., Steph brings a grounded, nurturing presence to all her classes, weaving together science-backed movement with the wisdom of the natural world. Her sessions are designed to restore mobility, reduce stress, support digestion, and help participants feel more at home in their bodies — no matter their age or ability level.
Steph believes that healing begins when we stop fighting our bodies and start listening to them. Whether she’s guiding a group through somatic breathwork in the forest or leading a slow, strengthening flow at sunrise, her intention is always the same: to help people feel more alive, connected, and whole.
WHOLE Inc. is a nature-based and faith-based organization grounded in the belief that health and spiritual well-being are deeply connected and that our food impacts our ability to be fully present with the world around us.
We teach that rebuilding relationships with plants, food, movement, and the rhythms of the Earth can help us remember who we are and how we’re meant to live.

Our Belief:
Health is a wholistic venture requiring time, focus, and energy. We need to learn how to change our lives to attain life-changing results. Whether you want to move quickly and methodically to health or slowly and steadily, we work together to guide your health journey.
We believe long-lasting change requires a healthy community, delicious food, group movement practices, getting out in nature, and exploring what it means to be human while loving our body and treating it as our temple.
Returning to food as fuel, movement as medicine, and the body as sacred.
